Tukes Valley Fund Run – Community Support

Hello Community Business Owners!

Did you know it takes 2,620 miles to get from Tukes Valley to Kona, Hawaii? This year our students will grab their running shoes and run/walk the equivalent of a one-way trip to Hawaii.

You may be thinking….how will they get back home?! That’s where we need your help!

How to Donate

We are asking our community business owners to help fund the student’s “return trip”. Our goal is to reach $15,000 in community donations. At $5 per mile, that more that gets the students back home. Donor Benefits

All donors will be mentioned in send home mailer to all Tukes Valley families. Donations levels listed below will receive special recognition.

  • $100 – $499: – Donor will be listed on the PTO website
  • $500 – $999: Donor logo and link to donor’s website will be listed on the PTO website
  • $1,000 – $1,999: All of the above plus social media mention on PTO’s Facebook page
  • $2,000 and above: All of the above plus the PTO will share social media mentions with local community groups.

Tukes Valley PTO (EIN #46-1216618) is a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization making donations tax deductible.

What’s Being Funded?

The Fund Run is our biggest PTO fundraiser of the year and we are excited to host a fun way to support our 2024-2025 initiative of enhancing our primary school playground! Last year, the 4th grade class was tasked with surveying the student body and coming up with recommendations to improve the playground. Top suggestions included: a zipline track, buddy benches, and seesaws. Help us make these dreams a reality!

Donations from businesses, community organizations, families, and friends go directly to help fund school enhancements that enrich the lives of both Tukes Valley Primary and Middle schools.
