Candy Cane Express Bazaar Vendor Application Form

The 2024 Candy Cane Express Bazaar is now accepting vendor applications!

To Apply:

  1. Read the the following guidelines for 1)Use of Battle Ground Public School Facilities, 2) Clark County Food Safety for Temporary Events, and the PTO Guidelines below as our event and its vendors must comply with all.
  2. Complete the application form below and submit payment.

When: Saturday, December 7, 2024 9am-3pm

Location: Tukes Valley School Gym and Cafeteria

Fees: $30 per 9ft x 6ft Space; We also request that each vendor either bring one larger item for a silent auction and/or several small/inexpensive items (can be purchased or homemade) for the Little Shoppers store, which kids will purchase for $2 a piece, both benefiting Tukes Valley PTO.

Payments:

  • Payments may be made online via the link below, dropped off at either of the Tukes Valley School Offices, or mailed to: Tukes Valley PTO PO Box 172, Brush Prairie, WA 98606.
  • If paying by cash/check, select the cash/check option below and make checks payable to: Tukes Valley PTO.
  • Application and payment are due by Friday, November 15th, 2024. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.

Details and Guidelines:

  1. Booth Size: Approximately 9ft x 6ft; 2 chairs will be provided. Vendor is responsible for bringing their own tables, signage, and displays
  2. Setup Up Times: Friday December 6th from 6-8pm and Saturday December 7th, starting at 7:30am
  3. Electricity: A limited number of outlets will be available for use. Please specify what your electrical needs are for the items you are selling
  4. Vendors must abide by the following rules:
    • Vendors must be on site no later than 8:00 am on Saturday, December 7, 2024 and ready for business by 8:45 am.
    • It is the sole responsibility of each Vendor to keep his/her booth and its surrounding area clean and safe (no tripping hazards).
    • Vendor will be solely responsible for the security and safety of Vendor’s cash, change, coupons, equipment, goods, inventory, supplies, or other property.
    • Due to health department regulations, sales of food prepared in a home kitchen is prohibited. See Clark County Food Safety for Temporary Events
    • No refunds of any kind will be made within fourteen (14) days of the event

*As of Oct 15th, 2024- We are at capacity for several items including jewelry, Scency, crocheted items, and dog treats. If you are still interested in being a vendor, please fill out the vendor form and we will let you know within 2 business days if we are able to accept your application.
